Facebook login disconnected
Facebook told us to remove the Parsy connection, so we did — immediately. That is all this did. Your Parsy account and everything in it still exist.
Removed
The Facebook sign-in method, and the Facebook account ID we held to make it work. Facebook can no longer be used to sign in to Parsy.
Not removed
This did not delete a Parsy account.
- Your Parsy account
- Your receipts and their images
- Your household and its shared ledger
- Any subscription you are paying for
A toggle in Facebook’s settings must never erase a household’s shared ledger — including receipts scanned by people who never touched Facebook.
If Facebook was the only way you signed in
Your account is still there and still reachable at the email address on it. Set a password and sign in as normal.
Reset your passwordDid you mean to delete your data?
Disconnecting Facebook does not erase anything. Erasing your Parsy account is a separate, deliberate action, and it explains exactly what goes and what stays before anything happens: delete your account. You can do the same in Settings in the Parsy app.
